Impossible Custard Pie

Ingredients:

2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1-1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp nutmeg


Instructions:

Beat all ingredients in blender on high for 15 seconds. Pour into GREASED ONLY 10" pie plate. Bake at 350 for 50 - 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool. Source: Bisquick
