Ingredients:12 slices bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing
4 eggs
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Coursely shredded lettuce
Thinly sliced tomatoes
Instructions:GREASE pie plate, 10 x 1-1/2". Layer bacon and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients except lettuce and tomatoes until smooth, 15 sec. in blender or one minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. BAKE at 400° 30 to 35 min til knife inserted in center comes out clean. COOL 5 minutes. GARNISH with lettuce and tomatoes and crumbled bacon and mayonnaise.
