Ingredients:1 lb ground beef
1-1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup Bisquick
1 envelope (1-1/4 oz) taco seasoning mix
3 eggs
1 can (6 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
Instructions:Heat oven to 400°. Grease 10-inch quiche dish or pie plate. Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in plate: sprinkle with chilies. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. 6 to 8 servings. Source: Mary - Family Circle
