Ingredients:3 c. flour 1 t. baking soda 2 c. sugar 1 t. salt 1 t. cinnamon 1 c. chopped nuts 3 ea eggs 1-1/2 c. oil 1 cn (8 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice 2 c. chopped banannas
Instructions:Sift: 3 c. flour, 1 t. soda, 2 c. sugar, 1 t. salt, 1 t. cinnamon. Add: 1 c. chopped nuts, 3 eggs, 1-1/2 c. oil, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice and 2 c. chopped banannas. Mix well and bake in 3 8" round pans at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or in tube or bundt at 350 for 1 and 1/2 hours. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Source: Sue J.
