Holiday Fruitcake Ever-So-Easy

Ingredients:

2 1/2 c Unsifted flour
1 ts Baking soda
2 lg Eggs, slightly beaten
1 cn (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk, (NOT evaporated milk)
1 Jar (28 oz)None Such Ready
Mincemeat with Brandy & Rum
2 c Mixed Candied Fruit (1 lb.)
1 c Coarsely chopped nuts


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Stir together flour and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients. Turn batter into well-greased and floured 10-inch bundt or tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pan. Glaze and garnish as desired. FRUITCAKE BARS: Grease 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan; spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Glaze if desired. Makes about 4 dozen bars.
